It's hot and muggy here. I walk outside and start to sweat. Yuk. But, one of my favorite parts of this time of year is how great the tomatoes are starting to be. Why you ask? Because they go so well with fresh mozarella cheese, basil, a little olive oile, salt, and pepper! That's what I had for lunch today and it was absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to have it again!!
